The OEM engine oil filler cap is functional but unremarkable — a pressed or cast piece with no visual interest and no provisions for safety wiring. This CNC-machined billet aluminum replacement threads directly onto M20×2.5 oil filler ports, adds an anodized color accent to the engine bay, and comes pre-drilled for safety wire for track or enduro use where cap retention is a requirement.

Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum — high strength, corrosion-resistant, and significantly lighter than OEM cast alternatives. The anodized finish is both aesthetic and functional, providing a hard surface layer that resists oil, heat, and mechanical contact. A rubber O-ring is included and seats against the filler port to prevent weeping or seepage. The pre-drilled safety wire hole meets common track and competition regulations.
